Heyfield Football Netball Club hosted ASH management and staff to recognise their contribution to the club and the new clubrooms.
ASH employees make up a large percentage of the club players, committee and supporters so the club wanted to recognise the importance of ASH to the club and the town. ASH also donated a large amount of timber that was used on the newly renovated clubrooms. Timber features in the flooring, servery counters and façade, and is fitting for a facility in a timber town. Also present were some ASH suppliers who have also contributed to the club this year. The club values the support from suppliers of ASH and they have become a significant sponsor of the club. Wellington Shire Councillor Carolyn Crossley was also on hand to inspect the new facility.
